A two-storey private house with a basement floor was planned on the plot. The building is placed and designed so as to make the most of the beautiful views of the Bay of Tallinn and allow the afternoon and evening light into the living quarters. On the remaining three sides, the building is somewhat more closed with the exception of a glass wall in the hall overlooking the driveway and the kitchen window on the south-east wall flooding the room with morning sunlight. The second floor is considerably smaller allowing for an extensive terrace on the south-west side of the building. With also the basement floor smaller than the ground floor, there is room for a covered outdoor area for the basement floor lounge and an open terrace enjoying the evening sunlight.
