In the beginning of this project the client gave architects the possibility to analyze the lot and situation orderly. As a result the Z-shaped plan creates two different yards. The eastward facing yard promotes morning and daytime activities, the westward facing yard between the sauna area and the living zone promotes evening and recreational activities.
