The old water tower used to be a functional building with accordingly bare and simple design that emphasised practicality. After the conversion into an art gallery/information point, the exterior of Lasva Water Tower seems economical and minimalist. The emphasis is now on special interior design effects, like the piano stairs solutions, where the steps function as piano keys. Also the acoustics room of the sound tank, the lightning and the furniture. Allowance has been made for the residency of a guest artist and you can access the grass terrace on the roof.
