A rare office building in the otherwise monofunctional area of private houses in Mähe, this structure stands out for its expressive, if somehow formalist take on minimal neomodernism. The composition, which consists of a two- and three-storey wing, a unifying roof terrace and a small inner courtyard, is based on the play of orthogonal lines and the contrast between smooth concrete and sheer glass. Commissioned by a real estate development and construction company, the design has been executed with utmost care. Upon completion, the building also received the prize for Best Concrete Building of 2005.
