The small transformer hall

You can rent two event venues at the Estonian Centre for Architecture – the large transformer hall and the small transformer hall .

The small transformer hall (50 m²) is small, but mighty. A dash of an industrial vibe and a lot of light – it’s a perfect place for your small meeting, training as well as a birthday party. The small transformer hall can fit 40 people in theatre style seating, 22 behind a long meeting table and 15-20 people with cafe style seating. The room’s connected with our large transformer hall and is often used as a supporting area – the small transformer hall could be a cloakroom, separate meeting area or you can serve your guests a small meal here.

The small transformer hall has an integrated projector and screen, a cosy lighting system and the room has a separate entrance.

If needed we can also organise your event’s catering.

Pricing as of 2024

The price list above applies to the use of rooms with a standard room solution. The list is not valid on public holidays and New Year’s Eve, where a separate offer is made for the use of the premises. The price of using the rooms depends on the time of use (workday, evening, weekend) and whether you choose one or both of the rooms.  Each inquiry receives a personal offer and the prices are written both without VAT and with VAT in brackets.

In the the small transformer hall  the standard arrangement of furniture is a long meeting table with chairs around it. If there’s no event happening in the large transformer hall, we can also rent the smaller room without any furniture.
